Service Associate

Danville Computer Clinic is seeking a part-time or full-time Service Associate to join our team. This position will assist customers at the point-of-sale with device drop-off, device pickup, phone calls and other customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have previous face to face customer service, cashiering, and/or retail experience. Individual must be self-motivated, energetic, and be able to work well with others or independently when necessary. Having a general knowledge of Android and iPhones is a plus. Applicant should possess the ability to effectively communicate and develop an appropriate rapport with existing or potential customers in order to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. The beginning hourly wage for this position is $14.00/hour.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist customers with device intake and pickup
• Record customer payments
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
• Properly enter customer information into the customer database
• General duties to maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Other general duties

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
• Self-motivated/energetic
• Good communication skills
• Works well with others and independently
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks
• Dependable and flexible
• Reliable transportation
